You will be provided with a shortlist of options and the supporting research. This includes an in-depth analysis of the properties, how they fit within your strategy, the expected costs and general commentary.

IMPLEMENTATION & ACQUISITION
We manage negotiations on your behalf resulting in successful acquisitions. We liaise with vendors, finance and legal and organise building inspections and property management.
